Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify wz2 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. wz2 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their login details.

All deposits on wz2 are made in Philippine Peso. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. wz2 does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. wz2 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified GCash account, Maya account, or Philippine bank account registered in the name matching your wz2 account. Withdrawals to accounts in a different name will not be processed.
Completion of KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with the processing times applicable to each payment method. Processing times may vary and are subject to the policies of the receiving institution.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it. Note: Bonus credits and real-money funds in your account may be subject to different wagering rules. All games and betting markets on wz2 are subject to their individual rules, which are available within each game or market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will apply to that game or market.
wz2 uses certified random number generation for applicable games. The outcomes of slots and other automated games are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or third party.
